We only ship in the United States and Canada due and its surrounding islands to the size of some of our items. We also recommend that you register as a customer due to the fact that you will get more current up to date details on your shipped product. We also ask that you allow up to 20 business days for your order to be fully processed and shipped
Our Return/Exchange Policy in short:

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be in new condition.
To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.

If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee. Return Policy
Please contact Best Valued Items before returning any items. It is proper that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is correct and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Best Valued Items and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
Return/Exchange Conditions
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Best Valued Items suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Best Valued Items will give a store credit of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we would need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Returning /Exchange A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Best Valued Items is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Best Valued Items reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
Refunds:
We Do Not offer Refunds. All Sales are final. We will offer an exchange for the same item or a different item of equal or lesser value, or give you a store credit for the items that is purchased.
Shipping Conditions:
Best Valued Items shipping rate is designed to be as responsible as possible. We offer such a low rate of $10.95 per order to keep our prices at the best value as possible. Our shipping is charged by Zones which are the United States, Canada, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
We ask that you allow up to14 business days for processing your order and up to 20 business days for your order to be shipped.
We charge $15.00 being shipped to Canada, Guam, and Puerto Rico. This is due the fact that your shipping cost consists of shipping, and handling, duties, and GST. For Canada you're pre-paying all your duties and taxes so that Canada Post can ship your merchandise directly to your door.
